Policy on the use of Motorised Buggies
Players should always walk at all times unless permitted to ride by the Executive Committee.
Any player needing to use a motorised buggy (hired or personal) may do so providing the host club permits it and the player provides a current Medical Certificate of Disability in advance to the County Secretary.
All users are subject to the Host Club Policies in respect of Health & Safety and Hire conditions of Buggies.
The Competition organiser/Team Captain (in respect of shield matches) must be advised in advance and the player must make her own arrangements with the host club and payment made by the player or her club.
The buggy may only be used by the player concerned and her equipment.
The LLCGA does not accept any liability from the use of buggies and the player concerned must have appropriate liability insurance.
