 Dear Delegates

We really need your help to encourage your Junior girl members of all abilities to come to the Lancashire Girls' Golf Association competitions. Although there are plenty of girl golfers in the County we know that many are put off joining us in the belief that they have to be good players to do so. We like them to come as soon as they join your club. If you have any girls aged from 6 to 21 please encourage them to come and take part in their appropriate competitions.
We now run 3 different types of competitions for them.
Beginners competitions are on Par 3 courses like Hart Common and Southport Golf Academy.

For girls with Congu handicaps between 37 and 54 we have 9 hole competitions to help them reduce their handicaps. Their next date is
Girls with handicaps below this play in our 18 hole competitions.

Group coaching is provided for those that want it but this is completely optional as many have this at their own club.

At all these events they will meet girls of their own age and make new friends very quickly.

Further details are on the website's Junior information pages and all enquiries are welcome at news@llcga.org.

Thank you.

Jackie Snowden
