Jenna qualified for the final of the Faldo Series Golf competition in England, winning a trip to Brazil for Grand Final.There were about 80 boys and girls from all around the world. Jenna played extremely well to reach the Final . She just lost out to Hanna Barwood in the Final. Well done Jenna
Solheim Pennant was given to the L.L.C.G.A to raffle off, the money going to the Lancashire Junior Girls. Mrs Janet Hill had received the Pennant from Becky Brewerton’s Caddie . The winning ticket was drawn at the A.G.M.
The lucky winner was Mrs Veronica Caulton the new Lady Vice Captain from Huyton & Prescot with County Captain Sheila Maher.
The raffle tickets were sold at various County Ladies and County Junior Competitions throughout the year and raised £1303.35 . Lancashire Girls Golf Association are most grateful for their windfall and would like to thank Mrs Hill for her kind gesture and also all the Lancashire parents and golfers, who contributed to the Raffle.
